Lasagna Rock and Roll!
One company event that I've attended was a family day hosted by the leadership team of my awesome project. This event had a cooking segment which encouraged members to showcase their cooking prowess in a MasterChef-like show. Young entrepreneurs had the chance to promote their local businesses like selling Ready-To-Wear clothes and home made pastries and dishes. I was wondering what dish we can easily prepare the night before the event and I immediately thought of a pasta dish. The ingredients were easily available and it's not cumbersome to prepare. I wanted to create something new that my friends and colleagues haven't tried yet. This pasta dish is a twist of "No bake Lasagna" recipe I've learned. Hope you enjoy :)
