Reinventing the Ordinary - Ham Raffitas

Christmas season is a season of bounty and merry making. Last Christmas, my previous company had given pork hams to each employee. Since all of my housemates are also my colleagues, we had a number of hams stuck in our fridge and we didn't know how we will be able to consume all those hams. So, I thought of finding a solution to this seemingly mundane problem.

Ingredients:

250 gm Ham, cubes

2 bell peppers thinly sliced

2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced

1 whole zucchini, thinly sliced onion, chopped

1/2 cup bean sprouts

1 small white onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, chopped

Cumin

Paprika

Ground pepper

Chili paste

2 tbsp light soy sauce

2 tbsp oil

How to:

1. Heat pan and add oil.

2. Saute garlic and chopped onions.

3. Add ham. Saute until light brown

4. Add cumin, pepper, paprika, and chili paste

5. Add light soy sauce

6. Add vegetables and stir fry.

7. Serve while hot.
